Submit a ticket

For any technical support request, please send an email to tehnic@emiral.ro. Be sure to provide us with all the necessary details so that we can better understand your needs and come up with the right solutions.

We respond promptly

We are committed to giving you a fast response. Within a maximum of 24 hours, we will let you know the possibility of implementation, the deadline and the number of hours needed to fulfill your request.

We make the changes

Once you confirm, we get to work. We implement the requested changes and keep you updated on progress, so you can be sure everything is exactly how you want it. At the end, we'll let you know the number of hours allocated for each change.

Once we've finalized the changes, your website is ready to attract new customers and bring you the results you want. We're glad we did our job well, and you can focus on what matters most to your business.

Types of requests

We check the technical possibility of implementation and if we have a technical solution we solve it in maximum 5 working days.
For points 2 and 3 we can solve the following types of requests:

  • add/edit/delete content on the site
  • add a new page based on the existing structure
  • add/modify/delete new functionality
  • make custom modifications/repair functionality
  • fix display problems on mobile/tablet/desktop
  • we create new banners, we create newsletters
  • create new email addresses

These requests consume the hours allocated in the subscription. If additional hours are needed you will receive an offer.

We check the technical feasibility of implementation and if we have a technical solution we solve it within 24 hours.
These requests involve an additional cost of 20 euro/hour + VAT.
You send your request until 12.00 and we solve it the same day until 18.00.
Send your request after 12.00 noon and we will deal with it the next day at the latest by 18.00.

We check the technical possibility of solving the problem and if we have a technical solution, we solve it urgently within 24 hours or faster within the time available.

We respond within 2 working days.

  • can be done automatically using the Calendly link.
  • the standard meeting is 30 minutes and takes place on Google Meet.
  • the meetings consume the hours allocated in the subscription.
